The TENS...Mini Masseuse Accessories Store, we will accept your return when the following conditions are met.

It is the customers responsibility to handle any warranty work direct with the manufacturer. (See Warranty Section on how to proceed with warranty issues.)

All products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you would like to return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 7 days of receiving your order and clearly marking the number on the outside of the return packaging. No RMA numbers will be issued after this 7 day period. Return packages without a clearly marked RMA number will NOT be accepted and will be returned at the shipper’s expense. We will not assume responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.

The returned product must be unused or unopened and returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once we receive the merchandise and inspect merchandise for damage, any damage to the merchandise (as determined by our staff) will be deducted from the purchase price.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping fees and postage fee are NON REFUNDABLE.

When all the conditions are met as listed above we will then process the refund.
